Charges Dropped against Lindsay Lohan's Alleged Attacker Oct 1st 2012, 11:05 It’s been a rough few years for troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, and we were starting to hope that no news was good news these past several weeks. But LiLo says she was attacked by a man she met Saturday night after inviting the new acquaintance–identified as Christian LaBella–to her hotel room after a night of partying. Lohan was staying at the W hotel in Union Square, New York City. Linds alleged that LaBella had several photographs of her on his cell phone and after she confronted him about the pics, he attacked her. The actress says she was choked and thrown to the ground, sustaining scratches to her hands. She refused medical attention. LaBella was arrested Sunday but the New York Police Department dropped the charges, saying the allegations could not be substantiated. We hope LiLo is okay.
