Fashionista and Black Eyed Peas front woman Fergie was spotted yesterday with a friend in West Hollywood shopping the racks for a cute costume. Fergie and her friend were dressed appropriately for the season in head-to-toe black. The singer was also sporting some seriously long, pointy, Halloween-ish nails. And while we’re not sure if the songstress decided on a costume yet, she is definitely going to look hot! On the hit list for yesterday’s shopping adventure?
