After looking a tad grumpy in NYC yesterday, the star was later seen smiling and sporting one of her signature cool looks. Demi’s blond hair stood out against an all-black outfit and she topped off the look with some seriously ripped tights. Always one to push the fashion envelope, we applaud Demi for marching to the beat of her own fashion drum.
