Why does Rosario Dawson always look so polished, even when caught off guard? Dawson was spotted on Monday in this stunning blue and purple dress with black pumps on the street in New York City. The actress and fashion plate was leaving a friends’ house and she gave him a warm embrace before hopping into the black car that awaited.

Rosario looked surprised that she had been spotted, but gave photogs a little wave. Love Rosario. And might I add, this lady has some seriously glam gams!
