Penelope Cruz‘s sister Monica Cruz was spotted showing off her growing baby bump while she was out running errands with her dogs in the Spanish capital on Thursday afternoon. I’ll be honest here, though. When I first looked at these pictures I seriously thought they were old ones of Kourtney Kardashian when she was pregnant. They look so similar!
