After hosting a Midouri-sponsored event at Fred Segal last night, the reality starlet was on the move again Wednesday afternoon. The shutterbugs spotted the brunette beauty as she caught a flight out of LAX. Hmm, I wonder if Kim jetted back to Miami? She and her sister Kourtney are in the middle of shooting their spin-off series, Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.
