Kyra Sedgwick Graces The Cover Of Good Housekeeping Dec 10th 2012, 18:00 I like this cover of Kyra Sedgwick: she looks genuinely happy here! ‘The Closer‘ star graces the cover of the January edition of Good Housekeeping magazine. Kyra opened up about her marriage to Kevin Bacon and about being 47 in Hollywood. On her husband, Kevin Bacon: "I don't know how he does it, but he always makes me feel like I'm the most beautiful woman in the room—the only girl in the room. He says, 'Honey, you look beautiful. You are sexy!' Always, always, always! He is so honorable. He is so ethically true. He has high moral standards, and he doesn't lie and he doesn't cheat—and I find that sexy!" On living alone again now that their kids are grown and have moved out: "there's a lot more walking around the house naked." On being 47 in Hollywood: "I really want to embrace my age.” Kyra often turns to her girlfriend Good Wife star Julianna Margulies for support. "Julianna and I talk about it a lot when we see each other, and that's helpful. We want to age gracefully and naturally and play roles commensurate with our age." Maybe, as the baby boomers get older, Hollywood will start being more open to over-40 actresses? I hope so- you still have a lot of living to do after turning 40!
