Breaking News: Lindsay Lohan Probation Revoked Dec 12th 2012, 17:26 As expected, Lindsay Lohan’s probation was revoked this morning when she was arraigned on charges she lied to the police and drove recklessly. These charges stem for a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway that left the porsche Lindsay was driving totaled. The judge set a hearing to determine if Lindsay would have to do jail time, since her probation has been revoked. Lindsay was not present in court this morning. TMZ reports that while the L.A. City Attorney’s office is “out for blood” this time. They REALLY want her to serve significant time in jail. However, Lindsay does have some hope: the commissioner who’s hearing this case reportedly is not a big fan of jail. She apparently hears cases in Drug Court and is a big fan of treatment as well as Homeless Court, where she focused on rehabilitation over jail time. This commissioner reportedly even pays out of her own pocket for “graduation ceremonies” for people who successfully complete rehab. Do you think she’ll show Lindsay the same compassion? I wouldn’t be so sure… After seeing the plight of the homeless and people really struggling, she may not have much patience for an actress.
