Lindsay Lohan's Accuser & Gloria Allred Go To NY DA's Office Dec 5th 2012, 17:00 Uh-oh. This is NOT looking good for Lindsay Lohan. The woman Lindsay allegedly slapped at a NYC nightclub, Tiffany Mitchell, and her new attorney, Gloria Allred, paid a visit to the New York District Attorney’s office. It is thought that Tiffany and Gloria met with someone to discuss the assault case. Gloria’s a pretty tenacious lawyer. This is not what Lindsay needs right now. How can she even attempt to settle this case (which seems to be what Gloria negotiates best) since the IRS has seized all of her bank accounts? Something tells me the IRS moved in because they realized they better get whatever they could before Lindsay’s attorneys got everything with their legal fees!
