Jay-Z Rents $1 Million Nursery For Blue Ivy While He & Beyonce Watch His Brooklyn Nets Jan 4th 2013, 18:30 Jay-Z IS part owner of the Brooklyn Nets. The guy has to be able to watch his team play! Beyonce regularly joins him courtside. So where’s Blue Ivy? She’s not at home with a sitter. She’s chilling in a $1 million nursery downstairs in the Barclays Center (where the Brooklyn Nets are based), although still with a sitter, I’m sure. A source told Us Weekly: “Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year. It has an area for Blue filled with toys.” However, it’s an “adult playground,” too- Blue Ivy doesn’t have the entire space to herself. “It’s all glass with a champagne bar and TV screen. Jay lets friends use his digs when he’s not there.” Now we can see why Jay-Z and Beyonce make so many games: they probably have as much fun in their suite as they do courtside!
