Judge Dismisses Sam Lutfi's Case Against Britney Spears' Family Nov 2nd 2012, 02:46 You might remember Sam Lutfi as the man who was Britney Spears‘ former ‘manager’ back when she was going through her nervous breakdown.  Britney’s mom Lynne Spears wrote a book and basically blamed Sam for a lot of Britney’s issues and accused him of giving her drugs.  Sam sued Lynne and various members of the Spears clan claiming they had defamed him, attacked him and breached a management contract he said he had with Britney. Well today, according to TMZ before the case even went to the jury, the judge threw Lutfi’s case out of court telling him he had no case against any of the Spears family.  That’s good news for Britney and her parents!  Lutfi told TMZ he plans to appeal.
