Victoria Justice Signs Autographs For Fans Sep 24th 2012, 11:58 We haven’t spotted Victoria Justice on the scene in quite some time, but on Sept. 23, the Nickelodeon darling signed autographs for fans at Agros in London. The small screen starlet attended a meet and greet at the UK store and seemed to be in great spirits as she flashed her pearly whites to the cameras. I don’t know about you, but I’m really digging Victoria’s cute and casual ensemble. Her polka dotted top goes great with those grey skinny jeans and pointed-toe pumps.
