Giuliana Rancic Wants To Be Sexy For Her Husband Oct 22nd 2012, 15:30 Giuliana Rancic has already set one priority for herself as a new mom: she won’t stop caring about her appearance.. Giuliana and husband Bill Rancic welcomed their first child, son Edward Duke, via a surrogate two months ago. She’s been thinking about how to handle this major life transition.  ”I’m trying to wrap my mind around how to juggle work and a baby. I fear [that] I’m going to be one of those women that has a baby, and the next thing I know, I’m walking around all day with a side ponytail, eating chips and wearing flip-flops and not wanting to be sexy for my husband. I don’t want the baby to be an excuse.” I think that’s how all moms feel! The difference is that a lot of moms have gone through the whole physical experience of pregnancy (and you’re supposed to gain some weight when you’re pregnant!) and then have a baby to care for with little or not help, childcare-wise. It’s hard to focus on losing baby weight when you’re sleep deprived and caring for a baby. At least Giuliana has the advantage of not having gone through pregnancy. She doesn’t have to deal with the weight gain that comes with it. Giuliana said she’s even ready for a second baby! “We’ve got a few embryos on ice. They’re ready to go. A lot of people have one kid and it’s enough. But for us, we’re just having so much fun that we’d love to have another child.” Can’t wait to hear the official news!
