Janet Jackson is engaged to Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana, according to Us Weekly. Wissam reportedly proposed earlier this month with a “huge, expensive ring.” An insider said: “She’s afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up!” A Jackson insider said Janet’s billionaire fiance is pulling out all the stops, planning a Qatar wedding that will cost “millions” of dollars. “He is flying in all of Janet’s friends and family on private jets. He wants to get a top chef to create a custom menu.” The ceremony will undoubtedly be “a circus,” another source says. Janet’s been married twice before, but she’s eager to marry Wissam. “She wants kids,” says the Jackson source. “If she can’t have them, she will adopt.” Hopefully the third time’s the charm for Janet.
