KIM KARDASHIAN Healthy And Fit Mama To Be! Feb 14th 2013, 23:00 Looks like Kim Kardashian is determined to make sure she keeps herself as healthy and fit as possible throughout her pregnancy.  The reality star has been seen regularly hitting the gym since she announced that she and Kanye West were expecting their first child together. Kim looked great today as she was spotted leaving the gym after a Valentine’s Day workout in Studio City. I’m surprised Kim is back at the gym already – she and Kanye were just in Rio for Carnival  and even caused quite a delay by bypassing security on their way back through the airport.  Good on Kim for hitting the gym already, I think I would dealing with a bit of jet lag for at least a few days.
