ALEC BALDWIN The Actor Is In Hot Water Again Feb 20th 2013, 18:00 Alec Baldwin does not look like he’s in a good mood here, now does he? The ”30 Rock” star and his wife, Hilaria Thomas, were spotted leaving the deli restaurant separately after sharing breakfast together near their East Village apartment in New York City on Wednesday morning. Baldwin is currently under investigation by the New York Police Department’s Hate Crime Unit due to his alleged use of a racial epithet he used in a rant against a New York Post photographer. Baldwin has denied the story, referring to it as “one of the most outrageous things I’ve heard in my life.” From what we’re hearing, there were no eyewitnesses other than the parties involved.
