Kellie Pickler Shows Off New Shorter 'Do On The Red Carpet Nov 3rd 2012, 01:00 Last night was the Country Music Awards and American Idol alum Kellie Pickler showed off her new, super short hair do.  The country singer shaved her head last month on the set of Good Morning America to show support for her friend Summer Holt who was diagnosed with cancer.  I think that is such an amazing act of friendship and I love that Kellie did that to raise awareness and offer support. Kellie definitely rocked the super short cut at the awards and wore a beautiful pale blue Pamella Roland gown with Tacori jewelry.  Kellie even stopped to sign autographs for her fans as she made her way into the Bridgestone Arena.  I wonder if she’s eager to grow her hair out or if she’s loving the shorter look?
