Halle Berry Rushing To Court For Restraining Order Against Gabriel Aubry Nov 26th 2012, 19:30 And the fallout from Olivier Martinez and Gabriel Aubry’s fight continues. At this point, Gabriel has been arrested for allegedly starting the fight, although he reportedly claims security footage will prove it was Olivier who started the fight. Meanwhile, Halle Berry plans to rush to court to get a restraining order in place to keep Gabriel away from herself, Olivier, and Nahla. The emergency one the judge put in place on Thanksgiving expires tomorrow, according to TMZ. What reportedly has alarmed Halle is that Gabriel started a fight with Olivier in front of Nahla. To make matters worse, CPS is re-opening their child abuse investigation. The reason is because Nahla was present when the fight began.
