Elton and David reportedly have welcomed their second child from the same surrogate they used for their son, Zachary. However, their rep would only tell the Post: "We never discuss our clients' personal lives." The Post also claims the rep is negotiating with Us Weekly for a cover story announcing the baby’s arrival. The truth will come out eventually.
