It looks like we have another hit in the making here! Britney Spears is reportedly recording a new song for her sons. The ‘Scream & Shout’ singer – who recently split from her fiance Jason Trawick and returned her $90,000 engagement ring – is focusing on her children, Sean Preston, seven, and Jayden James, six, from her previous marriage to Kevin Federline to take her mind off the split.

The 31-year-old former ‘The X Factor’ judge revealed her boys are her new inspiration on Facebook on Wednesday, saying: “I’m at the studio recording a new song for my boys. They are going to freak out when they hear it. So excited!”

Britney also hinted that she will be ready to release new music in the near future, writing: “It’s a surprise so keep it shhhhh and don’t be grouchy. I’ll fill you all in soon ;)

The ‘Toxic’ hitmaker has thrown herself back into her work since splitting from her former agent Jason earlier this month. She is reportedly close to signing a five-year concert residency in Las Vegas worth $100 million per year.

But the city is notorious for its wild partying and her father and legal guardian Jamie Spears wants to make sure she doesn’t get caught up in that lifestyle before he allows her to sign the deal. Let’s see what happens!
