These Actresses Kept It Dark & Dramatic For 2013 SAG Awards Jan 28th 2013, 13:30 You can never go wrong with a dark color for a formal event, right? Dark colors are slimming and elegant. Of course some celebs chose to keep it very traditional with basic black. Those celebs included: Tina Fey, Jane Lynch, ‘Downton Abbey’ star Michelle Dockery, Kelly Osbourne (who’s purple hair popped), Jenna Elfman, Sigourney Weaver, and ‘Modern Family’ star Julie Bowen, who rocked black leather. Other celebs did a variation on dark colors with navy blue. I’m surprised we don’t see more of it on the red carpet, but we should! These celebs look great, too. Take a look at Amanda Seyfried and Marion Cotillard (LOVE this dress). Jordin Sparks brightened her look up with electric blue.
