Update: Back To Business As Usual: Lindsay Lohan Due In Court Jan 7th 2013, 16:00 Hopefully Lindsay Lohan enjoyed her time in London. Once she returns stateside, it’ll be back to business as usual for the troubled actress. Business as usual for Lindsay means court appearances, unfortunately. Lindsay is due in court in New York to see if she’ll face charges for the fight she got into in a Manhattan nightclub. Lindsay’s attorney has said: “Once again, Lindsay Lohan is a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame. From my initial investigation, I am completely confident that this case will be concluded favorably and that Lindsay will be totally exonerated.” At this point, I’ve given up even trying to GUESS how things will turn out for Lindsay. Story developing… UPDATE: Lindsay was a no-show in court, but luckily for her, the case was delayed. The prosecution said they were still working on their investigation.
