TMZ reports the most decorated Olympian of all time broke things off with girlfriend Megan Rossee. Why? According to our sources, Phelps felt the relationship wasn’t going anywhere, so he decided to end it so he could pursue other options. Something tells me Michael has plenty of “options”- LOL. On December 30, Michael posted this cryptic tweet: Things happen for a reason… #notme Hmmm… The next day Megan tweeted an interesting picture, which read ”A woman’s loyalty is tested when her man has nothing.
